Cancellation/Service Policy


The Cancellation and Deposit policy for services 2 or more hours is as follows:

                        Deposits are Non-Refundable

                        48-24 Hours = 75% of service total


                        24-0   Hours = 100% of service total


                        No Call/No Show = 100% of service total


This total can be used as credit during the following 90 days.  If not used in 90 days the sum is forfeit.  If we are unable to charge your card during a 90 day period following the appointment the sum will be sent to collections.  One final attempt will be made to collect at the end of 90 Days.  


Deposits for any service are non-refundable


This is to account for the valuable time in our schedule.  Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of cancelation policy.   


Service policy-A refund can be requested with in 2 weeks of the treatment.  Client must come and have their hair documented for a refund to occur.  After that no refund is provided.    Client must book redo service within 30 days from the original date of appointment to request a redo.  No refunds are provided.  Services are only guaranteed when clients are using top tier product lines, Kevin Murphy, Kerastase, Pureology, Oribe, Davines, Unite, etc.  Clients are welcome to use what they like but results in the short and long term can be negatively impacted.
