
Cancellation/Service/Deposit Policy
The Cancellation, Deposit, and Reschedule policy for services 2 or more hours is as follows:
-Deposits are Non-Refundable
-Cancel/Reschedule inside of 72-48 Hours = $50 rescheduling fee, Deposit is applied to next appointment
-Cancel/Reschedule inside of 48 Hours = $75 rescheduling fee, Deposit is applied to next appointment
-No Call/No Show = $100 rescheduling fee, Deposit is kept Unless rescheduled and can be applied to next appointment
To Rebook another appointment a 2nd deposit will have to be made. Original deposit cannot be used to hold a 2nd appointment unless rescheduling occurs before 72 hours. This is to account for the loss of time and short notice of cancellation. If 2nd appointment is canceled or no show all deposits are retained and no credits are given.
This is to account for the valuable time in our schedule. Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of policy.
Service policy- No refunds. Client must book redo service within 30 days from the original date of appointment to request a redo. Services are only guaranteed when clients are using top tier product lines, Kevin Murphy, Kerastase, Pureology, Oribe, Davines, Unite, etc.
